Don't forget to keep your binder organized to make studying easier for yourself! Your binder should be divided into the following four sections: 1. Para empezar (starter activities)-or keep them together in a spiral notebook. 2. Apuntes (notes) 3. Tarea/hojas (homework and handouts) 4. Repaso (Study guides, review sheets, quizzes)
¡Hola! This is my fourth year teaching Spanish here at Lakeview. I'm so excited to spend another year as a Lakeview Spartan. I graduated from Trinity Christian College in 2005 with a degree in Spanish Education. In August of 2009 I graduated with my Master's degree in Hispanic Language and Culture from the University of California at Santa Barbara. For three summers I went out to Santa Barbara to take Spanish classes. Visit my blog each week to see what we're learning about in Spanish class or for cultural highlights from Spanish-speaking countries. ¡Hasta luego!
7th graders: Don't forget to study your clothing vocabulary for our quiz on Thursday! If you want to quiz yourself at home, here is the review sheet that we did in class. It would be a good way to practice spelling the words!
